Membership Eligibility

How To Join:

You can join Prospectors in as little as 5 minutes!  Simply click the ‘Join Prospectors’ in the gold bar at the top of the page and follow the steps.  Or, you can come by one of our branches to open your account and meet the Prospectors Team in person. We require a state or federally issued photo I.D. for identification and a minimum $25 initial savings deposit to get started. There is a $1 set-up fee at opening which is waived if you sign-up for FREE home banking and e-statements.

Who Can Join:

Employees of Select Employer Groups (SEG’s) and their immediate family members may join Prospectors Federal Credit Union. Click the Employer Groups link to see if your company is eligible. Don’t see your company on the list? Call us and we will work with you to make your company eligible.

Additionally, people who live, work, worship, attend school or volunteer in portions of the following communities are eligible to join the credit union. Click the communities link to check your eligibility.
