Mobile Banking

Go to the Apple store or Google Play store to download our mobile app. Follow the instructions.

You must first enable Touch ID capability on your phone. Then, you can enable Touch ID within the mobile banking app under the More/App Settings tab.

Yes. If you have this feature on your device, you can use this to login. Go to More/App Settings to set up this feature.

No. This is a free service, thank you for choosing Prospectors.

Go to the Apple store or Google Play store to download our mobile app.

Once you’ve downloaded the app onto your phone, input your valid username and password.

Go to More/App Settings and chose Change Password.

Simply click the Forgot Password link.

We support most Android phones, including Samsung and HTC as well as iPhone. We do not support Windows phone currently.

To deposit a check with Mobile Deposit, login to the app, tap the black circle at the bottom of the screen with the + sign. Then click Deposit Check. You’ll need to allow access to your camera. Then follow the on-screen instructions.

Bill Pay

To view your payment history from within the mobile app, click on the bill pay icon at the bottom of the mobile home page and scroll to “Payment History’.

No. This is a FREE service at Prospectors.

Bill Pay requires that you start a Checking account with Prospectors. Once logged into your account, click the Pay Bills tab at the top of the page. To add payees, you will need your payee account information including your ‘account number’ and their mailing information including zip code.

e-Statements

Yes. You are automatically enrolled in e-Statements

You can enroll/unenroll at any time. Once logged in go to More/Profile. Then click the e-Statement Preferences tab to agree or unenroll.

Mobile Deposit

  • Login to the Prospectors Federal Credit Union mobile app
  • Select the black circle icon at the bottom of the screen, then choose ‘Deposit Check’
  • The member has agreed to the terms when they enrolled by agreeing to our Online and Mobile banking terms and conditions.
  • Take a photo of the front of your paper check (use a clean, solid, dark, background)
  • Take a photo of the back of your endorsed paper check (see below for endorsement instructions)
  • Select the account you want to deposit to
  • Enter the amount
  • Submit
  • Write “For mobile deposit only Prospectors FCU” followed by your account number.
  • Your signature.
  • Keep your check for 30 days. Do not write “Void.” After 30 days, you can safely destroy your check.

Transfer Funds

To transfer funds between your Prospectors accounts, just click on the Transfer tab at the top of online banking. To transfer funds within the mobile app, click the black circle with the + sign at the bottom of the page, then choose Transfer Money.

To transfer funds to another Prospectors Member, your will have to add a Member Recipient first. To add a Member Recipient in online banking, click on the Transfer tab. Then, select Member Recipient, and input the Member’s first name, last name, Account Number, Share ID and Share Type (Deposit or Loan). To add a Member Recipient in the Mobile App, click the black circle with the + sig at the bottom of the page, then choose Member Recipient. You will only need to add a Member Recipient one time.

Once you have added the Member Recipient, select Transfer. The Member Recipient will be an option when you select “Transfer to.”

To transfer funds to/from other financial institutions, go to Pay Bills/External Accounts. Then click Add External Account. To transfer funds to/from other financial institutions within the mobile app, click the Bill Pay tab at the bottom of the screen then choose the Bill Pay Dashboard drop-down menu to select Add External Account. Once your external account is set up, you will be required to verify the account you have access to. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify the two small deposits made to your account. Once verified, you can go to the Transfer Money section to begin. *You only need to verify your account once.
